ThermaData WiFi Logger

Using the latest WiFi wireless technology, the new ThermaData WiFi Loggers are ideal for temperature monitoring and HACCP analysis. Cost-effective, reliable and easy to use, each logger incorporates a large LCD displaying temperature, WiFi connection status, max/min recorded temperatures, alarm status and battery life. In conjunction with ThermaData Studio Software, the data is easily recorded, organised and analysed to provide management information.

The ThermaData WiFi Loggers feature programmable high/low alarm at programmable intervals with email alerts when alarm limits are exceeded. Each unit can record up to 18,000 readings (9,000 from each sensor) and incorporates one red and one green LED. The flashing green LED indicates the unit is active whereas the red flashing LED indicates a custom preset alarm has been exceeded.

Using a wireless device has many benefits such as the freedom to move within the area of the WiFi network, instant information transfer and easily shared files with other devices. Using its unique ID, each logger communicates directly to the WiFi router at set intervals. The recorded information is then stored within the user-friendly software to be readily available for analysis and reporting purposes.

The ThermaData Studio Software simplifies the management of procedures to ensure compliance with legislation, quality of product and overall processes. Available for free download, the software incorporates a customisable dashboard that offers real-time trend graphs, table views of recorded readings, statistical analysis, current temperature displays, summary data view and more.

Ametek USG's XR new Finned Top model has been upgraded to include cooling fins on the body of the seal to improve its cooling features and an optional flushing port. The XR Series increases worker safety by reducing potential leaks in your process by welding the gauge to the seal and including the Model 1981 process gauge with a seamless bourdon tube.

The XR-81 is compliant to NACE MR-01-03 and MR-0175 requirements. The designed operating pressure is 3000 psi at 100 degrees Farenheit and has a maximum static pressure rating of 5000 psi. The standard XR diaphragm seal has a 4:1 safety ratio and is available in 316L SST, Hastelloy, Monel and Tantalum diaphragms.

WaterHog Condensate Trap

Chatillon CS Series Digital Force Testers

The new Chatillon force testers feature a host of improvements including the robust, reliable and user-friendly touch screen. The 8.9" industrial-grade touch screen (IP65) that has been specifically designed for easy continuous operation in a production environment. It is dust protected and can withstand liquid spills and splashes. Not only is it rugged but is easy to operate, making it the perfect interface for users regardless of their skill level.

The Chatillon CS225 and CS1100 are both single-column machines featuring the latest linear guide technology, pre-loaded ball screws and advanced software compensation systems, ensuring the highest level of precision displacement measurement. The CS225 is a 225 lbf/ 1000 N machine featuring a large work area with 180mm troat depth. The CS1100 is a 1124 lbf/ 5000 N machine and features a large work area with 150mm throat depth. Both machines are available with an extensive range of grips, fixtures, extensometers and software options and a wide range of work tables for increased flexibility. Both models are easy to use with intuitive systems for tensile testing, compression testing, sheer testing, flexural testing or advanced multi-stage testing that conform to ISO or ASTM testing procedures.

A few touches are all it takes to set up a test, select test runs and present reports. Reports can be done as both .pdf and .csv files. Data storage can be done easily internally or on an external server, which provides for efficient procedures for documenting yields, product quality and performance.

Among the industry applications for the CS Series are plastic, packaging, medical devices, automotive, electronics, textiles, rubber and pharmaceuticals. Both machines are ideal for the manufacturing and testing of both inbound and outbound products and materials.

The CS units feature two levels of user access: supervisor and operator. Both levels can be password protected. The supervisor level has complete system access, while the operator level can be configured to only have specified tests or test funcitons. To enhance ease of use, specific tests can be defined as favourites to be displayed on the startup screen for immediate testing.
