The CARBUSET AP 40 pump is a centrifugal electric pump driven by a double insulation motor. This characteristic enables the operator to work in complete safety also in the case of short circuiting. The safety device is combined with a built-in anti-syphon system, which if the supply tube or the dispenser gun is accidentally damaged, stops the liquid contained in the drum from leaking out.

The pump is made out of plastic with high mechanical properties and stainless steel components. These characteristics allow the water to be transferred without any risk of corrosion. The pump comes in kit form, which includes the supply and suction tubes, the filter, the handgrip and anything else that is needed for quick assembly and use.  The pump is suitable for transferring the following liquids: Water; gas oil; mineral and synthetic oil; engine oil, emulsified water; glycols (anti-freeze liquid); dielectric liquid (paraffin); diesel fuel; heating naphtha. The CARBUSET hand pump is a diaphragm pump, actioned by a lever. It is made of a techno-polymer; granting guarantee of maximum resistance to atmospheric agents and to mechanical stress, which may be exerted on it. Furthermore it has a high chemical compatibility with most used liquids. All metal parts are made of stainless steel. The main feature of the pump is reversibility of pumping direction, obtained by simply reversing suction and feed pipes. Option of the direct connection is available, allowing quick and easy fastening to most used drums, containers and tanks (2" thread Gas or M 64x4).

Thanks to its flexibility the CARBUSET hand pump may be used in various sectors: iron works, garages, in the building industry for supply of machine tools, in agriculture, means of transport and in all situations where a pouring of liquid is necessary. It may be used in the nautical sector as bilge pump on small boats. The pump is suitable for pouring of petrol, gas oil, unleaded petrol, mineral and synthetic oil and liquids with suspended matter. A model of CARBUSET hand pump is suitable for pouring of food liquids, made of specific techno-polymer and approved for foodstuffs.

The pump for food liquids CARBUSET AP 25 F is a diaphragm pump activated by a lever. It is made from a technopolymer material that guarantees maximum resistance to the mechanical stress to which the pump may be subjected to; and it is thus suitable for outdoor use. All the metal parts are made from stainless steel.

The pump unit is chemically compatible with the most commonly used liquid foods. Temperature range of liquids: + 10°C to + 40°C.  The pump can be used in either a vertical or a horizontal position when anchored appropriately by means of four M5 screws. The cover of the pump is fastened to the body by means of a bayonet coupling: this system enables the pump body to be cleaned and the lever to be positioned parallel or perpendicular to the flow of liquid, if required.

A wide range of liquids can be decanted such as: Non-alcoholic drinks or alcoholic drinks containing less than 5% alcohol by volume; Water, cider, fruit or vegetable juices, fruit cremogenates, lemonade, soda, syrups; Bitters, vegetable infusions, coffee, tea, liquid chocolate, beer; Alcoholic drinks containing 5% or more alcohol by volume; wine, brandy, liqueurs; non-denatured ethyl alcohol; Vegetable oils; Milk: whole, semi-skimmed or skimmed; Vinegar.

The fields of application cover all the sectors of the agro industry, food packaging, winemaking and oil pro-duction industries.

The AIRSET® guns are designed and constructed to satisfy the needs of compressed air cleaning and are suitable for use in various production sectors.  The ergonomic design makes the guns easier to use and ensures the best blowing position avoiding unnecessary twisting of the users wrist.  The use of high quality plastic materials and the careful control of the production processes ensure excellent resistance and durability.

Silencer Nozzle
With the Silencer Nozzle the noise level can be reduced. It is made in a soft Anti scratch material and can be connected on the nickel-plated brass tube.

Venturi Nozzle
With the Venturi Nozzle the quantity of air can be increased. It can be connected on the nickel-plated brass tube.

Protective Shield
With the Protection Shield the user of the Air Blow Gun can be protected against particle and spot of liquids. It is made in a transparent plastic and can be connected on the nickel-plated brass tube.

The MOUSE range of guns feature an innovative concept of ergonomic design aimed at combining the needs of comfort and practicality with continuous use.   The main feature is their ability to be used vertically in situations where the air supply tubes are positioned above the work surface; traditional guns would constrain the user to unnatural movements of the wrist and forearm.  The series also requires a force of just 7 N for activation of the delivery device which is approximately 1/10 of the maximum force of each finger, and the noise levels are particularly low.

The PRESSURE REDUCER range of guns has been created to satisfy the growing request for professional products capable of providing energy savings whilst dedicating specific attention to safety.  The built-in non-removable pressure reducer ensures a constant supply of low-pressure air.  The delivery pressure is limited, according to the model, independent of the incoming pressure.
