	LG SERIES  The LG Series mechanical force gauge is ideal for a wide range of force testing applications.  Based on our popular DPP Series force gauge, the LG Series features a larger, 2.25 inch dial for improved resolution and readability, peak hold button, ergonomic shape and improved accuracy or +0.5% of full scale.  The LG gauge is an excellent, economical solution for tensile or compression testing.  The durable, plastic housing fits naturally in the hand for a comfortable and firm grip even at maximum loads gauges may be mounted to a test stand for even greater control and consistent results in repetitive testing applications.  LG Series gauges come complete with protective carrying case and set of stainless steel attachments.  A Certificate of Calibration with Data is supplied standard. 	DFX SERIES The CHATILLON® DFX is an economical digital force gauge ideal for applications where users are interested in basic peak force measurement. The Chatillon DFX digital force gauge is available in four capacities (10lbf, 50 lbf, 100 lbf, 200 lbf) and features an integral loadcell with a measurement accuracy of better than 0.5% full scale. The Chatillon DFX operates using two (2) 9Vdc alkaline batteries or using the standard battery eliminator. The battery eliminator is supplied with a US, UK and EURO style plug. Under battery operation, the DFX Series will operate for over 120 hours of continuous use. A large, easy-to-read, high resolution dot matrix LCD display supports a variety of standard gauge functions including normal and peak readings. Loads are displayed in ozf, gf, lbf, kgf and N units. The display language may be setup to indicate in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Chinese. 	DFE SERIES The DFE Series marks a new era in digital force measurement.  This compact, easy-to-use force gauge is designed for economy applications without compromising functionality.  Ideal for hand-held or test stand applications.  The DFE is available with capacities from 2lbf (10N) to 500lbf (2500N). 	TCD225 SERIES  The CHATILLON® TCD225 Series is an advanced force testing system optimized for production, quality control and engineering applications.  The TCD System consists of a powerful, yet easy to use console; a rugged frame with high performance, closed loop motion control; and an intelligent load sensing system with measuring accuracies better than 0.1% full scale.  The TCD console features a high resolution colour graphical display featuring menus, function and numeric keys and status indicators that assist the user in setup, operation and analysis.  Information may be displayed in large format tabular and graphical formats for easy viewing  The frame operates from 0.001 to 50.0 inches per minute (0.01 to 1270 mm/minute) and employs an advanced closed loop PID controller for precision travel (accuracy better than 0.25% unloaded), ideal for applications such as spring testing where exact distance control is required.  The TCD System permits the user to measure heights based on a datum or absolute position.  Deflection compensation is standard.  Standard test setups for load limits, distance limits, time limits, break tests, rupture tests, cycling and loop tests are included.  No computer software if necessary. LTCM-100 Series	MOTORIZED TEST STANDS LTCM-100 Series (112 lbf, 500 N) Single Column TCM201 Series (225 lbf, 1000 N) Single Column LTCM-500 Series (550 lbf, 2500 N) Single Column LTCM-100 The Chatillon LTCM-100 Series motorized tester, combined with a Chatillon gauge, is perfect for applications requiring an economical solution to tensile or compression testing.  THE LTCM-100 test stand has a large work area making it ideal for production environment or applications with large test samples.  Crosshead movement is operator controlled using a switch that can be set to move the crosshead up or down at a specified speed.  Speed is user-selectable.  Positive braking and high and low limits are standard. LTCM-100 Series TCM201 SERIES The Chatillon TCM201 Series of motorized test stands offer customers an easy-to-operate motorized testing system that is precise enough for the laboratory and rugged enough for the production floor. Stands feature an all-metal construction with ball screw and dual support columns for positive motor control and minimal deflection. Manually adjustable limits stop crosshead travel at precise user specified locations. Rotary dials are easy to operate and allow the user to specify speed requirements and test mode. Dedicated function keys provide fast motion control adjustment (up, down, stop). Units operate in four modes: single cycle at upper limit, single cycle at lower limit, continuous cycling between limits, and manual. A selector switch is provided for specifying return speed after testing. TCM201 Series LTCM-500 SERIES The Chatillon LTCM-500 Series motorized tester, combined with a Chatillon gauge, is perfect for applications requiring an economical solution to tensile or compression testing up to 550 lbf (2500N). A large working area and 5-inch (130mm) throat and long 29.5-inch (750mm) travel is ideal for tensile, compression, flexural, shear and peel testing. Tester includes mechanical and digital load limits that can be used to control crosshead movement, e.g. stop the crosshead when a load limit is achieved. An innovative T-Slot work surface ensures proper centre line alignment and fast fixture setup. An optional expanded work table is ideal for very large samples with diameters over 10-inches (250mm). Controls are simple and intuitive making it ideal for production environments. An optional footswitch can be used for "hands-free operation" and used to control crosshead movement. SOLUTIONS FOR ADVANCED FORCE AND MATERIAL TESTING Chatillon® products use the exclusive Nexygen™ Series application software.  This Windows software makes automated testing and data analysis simple and efficient.  Nexygen software is OLE2 compatible so you can export information seamlessly to standard application software programs like WORD®, EXCEL®, ACCESS®, POWERPOINT® or OUTLOOK®.  Nexygen software was designed for testing professionals and used on the production floor, laboratory or office.  Chatillon offer packages for Force Gauge applications, Force Measurement applications and Material Testing applications.  All of Chatillon Nexygen products are ISO 9001 TickIT accredited.

Force Gauge Application Software Nexygen™ DF software expands the functionality of your Chatillon® digital force gauge.  This easy-to-use Windows® based package interfaces directly to your digital force gauge.  You can download peak load results from the gauge and display your results in tabular and graphical formats.  Graphical results include markers denoting exact point positions.  Results can be colour coded for immediate pass/fail recognition.  You can easily specify units of measure, fonts, titles, force measurement resolution.  The software provides basic force measurement tensile and compression test formats including pull to limit, compress to rupture and compress to limit.  The software also provides torque to break and torque to limit analysis when connected to a Chatillon torque gauge.  Results are presented in a spreadsheet format so you can analyse and manipulate data and perform common mathematical and statistical calculations.  The software is easy to setup and features intelligent prompts, menus, combo boxes and other methods to get you up and running quickly and efficiently with minimal training.  Navigation is simple using "drag & drop" and cut, copy and paste techniques.  Data is easily exported to MICROSOFT®, WORD®, EXCEL®, ACCESS®, POWERPOINT® or OUTLOOK®. Force Measurement Application Software  Nexygen™ TCD software is an extremely easy to use force measurement testing software package designed to integrate directly with TCD Series force testers.  The software is intuitive and allows the user to collect and analyse load and extension data from a common set of pre-configured test setups.  It features seamless OLE2 integration with MICROSOFT®, WORD® and EXCEL®, enabling the user to create detailed and comprehensive reports using common and familiar packages.  Developed with the user in mind, Nexygen TCD software is ideal for even the most inexperienced operator, minimizing training and allowing you to get up and running easily and quickly! TCD Software Software for Material Testing Applications  Nexygen™ MT software provides a virtual testing laboratory.  The software offers a full compliment of testing categories with multiple test types within each category complying with industry and international testing standards.  Setups remain easy and users can fully configure a test using a menu driven approach that guides the in a logical, intuitive step-by-step manner.  Like the other Nexygen, Nexygen MT software presents test results in tabular and graphical formats.  Nexygen MT also provides enhanced security features and audit rail management facilities for applications requiring compliance with regulatory standards such as 21 CFR Part 11.  A unique video capturing feature is also provided so that you can record the test using a web camera and synchronise and embed the visual image with your testing data and graphical results.
